At In Town Suites, we offer low weekly rates and a long list of amenities. Our guests love our low weekly rates and many of our guests come to us from extended stay hotels. However, they tell us that we are better than an extended stay motel and better than a
weekly rate hotel . In fact, guests compare us to a furnished apartment , but with
no lease and no credit check !
We are better than these other options because our locations have a community like atmosphere with limited transient traffic. Plus, since there is no lease required, our guests can stay a long as they need, but be free to move when they are ready.
