Also, all your utilities are included! There are no deposits for cable TV, phone or Internet or gas and electric. It’s all included. All you have to do is move in!

Our guests love our low weekly rates and many of our guests come to us from extended stay hotels. However, they tell us that we are better than an extended stay hotel and better than a weekly rate hotel. This is because our locations have a community like atmosphere with limited transient traffic.
