What are the rooms like at InTown Suites?

Every room is set up like an efficiency apartment and comes fully equipped with a kitchen (full-size refrigerator, microwave and two-burner stovetop), full-size bed, dining area, premium TV lineup and free high-speed Internet access.

Do you offer free high-speed Internet access?

Yes, each room offers either wireless or cable high-speed Internet for your computing needs. Read our Internet Use Policy.

Can I stay longer than a week?

Yes! You can stay at InTown Suites for as long as you need and we offer numerous rate options to make InTown Suites even more convenient.

After the first week, you can extend your stay by the week or use our Stay-Over Rate to extend your stay for less than a week. Some locations also offer Monthly PLU$ Rates, which offer significant savings when you pay for five weeks in advance. If you need to leave town for vacation, use our HER Rate to hold your room and tax status for just $10 per night! See the front desk for details.

The only exception to this is our Nashville North location. For more information regarding that location, please contact the property directly.

Can I stay less than a week?

We only rent rooms by the week. However, if you are staying at least three nights, our low weekly rates still offer a tremendous savings over a hotel. Many customers rent weekly but actually stay fewer than seven nights because of the value we provide.

Once you have stayed one week, you can extend your stay by the week or use our Stay-Over Rate to extend for less than a week. You may also use our HER Rate to hold your room and tax status for just $10 per night!

What are InTown Suites hours of operation?

To keep our rates as low as possible, our offices are generally open 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Saturday. While check-in must occur during office hours, InTown staff is available 24/7 to assist our guests.

Does InTown Suites accept pets?

At this time, we do not accept pets.

Do any Intown Suites have a pool?

Yes, our locations in Gilbert, AZ, Lithia Springs, GA and our Orlando Central location in Orlando, FL do have swimming pools.

May I have mail sent to me at the location?

All of our locations are set-up for mail delivery. We will provide you with the necessary information upon check-in.

Do you have an on-site dining facility?

None of our properties have dining facilities.

Do you offer laundry service?

Yes, all of our properties have on-site laundry rooms.

Do you provide housekeeping service?

Yes, we offer a weekly housekeeping service included in the price of your stay.

Do you offer any recreational facilities?

Our properties do not have any recreational facilities.
